If approved
Your prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy partner. You're charged only at this point.
Fulfillment & support
The pharmacy fulfills and ships where legally permitted, with renewals when appropriate.
When you're charged
You are charged at secure checkout. If a licensed provider determines treatment is not appropriate, you are refunded for any prescription items that are not dispensed. We never hide payment timing.
If you're not approved
No prescription is issued and your authorization is released. The provider may suggest next steps or request additional information. Treatment is never guaranteed, and not all patients qualify.
