ReBrandMD does not dispense or ship prescription medications directly.
If a licensed medical provider approves treatment, the prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy partner for fulfillment. Shipping is handled by the pharmacy partner or its designated shipping carrier.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carrier services.
Shipping Timing
Shipping timelines may vary based on:

- pharmacy processing time
- product availability
- patient location
- weather or carrier delays
- applicable state laws
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information by email or through the applicable patient portal or pharmacy system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact support@rebrandmd.com.
We may coordinate with the pharmacy partner and carrier to review the issue.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some products may require special handling. If a shipment is delayed or arrives in questionable condition, contact support immediately before using the product.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ReBrandMD is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
