At ReBrandMD, we aim to provide a clear and transparent experience for treatment requests, programs, and wellness services.

Treatment Requests Not Approved
If your treatment request is not approved by a licensed medical provider, no prescription will be sent to a pharmacy.
If your card was authorized during checkout, the authorization will be voided or not captured. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the authorization hold to disappear from your account.
Prescription Medications
Due to state and federal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed by the pharmacy.
Once a prescription has been approved by a licensed provider and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, the order may become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
If your prescription medication arrives damaged, appears compromised, or is lost in transit, contact support@rebrandmd.com as soon as possible so our team can review the issue.
Non-Prescription Products
Unopened, non-prescription products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact support@rebrandmd.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. ReBrandMD reserves the right to deny returns that appear opened, used, tampered with, or damaged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law or approved by ReBrandMD.
Coaching and Programs
Digital programs, coaching programs, and self-guided materials may have separate cancellation or refund terms based on the program purchased.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, coaching and digital program fees may be non-refundable once access has been granted or services have begun.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact support@rebrandmd.com.
We may work with the carrier and pharmacy partner to investigate the shipment. Replacement shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may depend on pharmacy policy, carrier documentation, and applicable law.
Carrier Delays
ReBrandMD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.
If a delay may affect product integrity, contact support immediately before using the product.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, ReBrandMD may be unable to reship or refund the order.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact ReBrandMD support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work in good faith to review and resolve eligible issues.
