How Prescriptions Work

ReBrandMD is designed to make the treatment request process simple while maintaining a provider-reviewed care model.
1. Choose a Protocol or Start With the Quiz
You can browse available protocols or use our "What Is Right For Me?" quiz to help identify which path may fit your goals.
2. Request Treatment
When you request treatment, you will provide basic account, shipping, and payment information. This step does not guarantee treatment approval.
3. Complete Your Health Intake
After submitting your request, you must complete a required health assessment. This assessment collects information about your medical history, current medications, allergies, treatment goals, and other relevant health details.
4. Licensed Provider Review
A licensed medical provider reviews your health assessment and determines whether treatment is medically appropriate.
The provider may approve treatment, deny treatment, request more information, or recommend another course of care.
5. Pharmacy Fulfillment
If approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy partner for fulfillment. ReBrandMD does not dispense or ship prescription medications.
6. Payment and Authorization
Depending on the checkout flow, your card may be authorized when you submit your treatment request. You will only be charged if your treatment request is approved by a licensed provider.
If you are not approved, the authorization will be voided or not captured.

Not all patients will qualify for treatment. Treatment availability may vary by state, provider availability, pharmacy availability, and applicable law.
